Together We Care (TWC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and strengthening communities across Mississippi. Founded from personal hardships and lived experiences, including exposure to housing instability, economic challenges, and other life-altering circumstances, TWC was created with a deep understanding of the barriers individuals and families face during times of crisis.
What began as a vision shaped by real-life experiences has grown into a mission-driven organization rooted in compassion, service, and action. Together We Care exists to bridge the gap between crisis and stability by providing meaningful support and practical solutions to those in need.
We believe that everyone deserves access to basic necessities, safe housing, and opportunities to thrive. Through direct outreach, supportive services, and strong community partnerships, we work daily to uplift underserved populations and create pathways toward long-term self-sufficiency.
