Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Together We Care, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization. State and Federal Programs
We offer comprehensive evaluation and enrollment support for various federal, state, county, and community healthcare programs. This includes but is not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, Victims of Crime, and Social Security Disability benefits. We strive to identify the most suitable coverage options based on individual needs.
Prescription Assistance
As a Volunteer Ambassador, we have joined hands with NeedyMeds to extend support towards individuals seeking information on cost-effective medications and healthcare services within the community. Our dedicated efforts include the distribution of discount drug cards that enable significant savings on prescriptions.
Eldercare Referral Services
We provide support to seniors and their loved ones through advocacy and a range of resources. This includes assistance in planning for changing personal health, financial, and social requirements, such as Medicare, Medicaid, Respite Care, Nursing Home, and Sitters services.
Emergency Rental Assistance
We aid both individuals and families in achieving housing stability and affordability for household utilities. To attain our goal, we make use of various resources and work hand in hand with other non-profit entities and charities in acquiring much-needed funds.
Youth Community Give Away
(YCGA)
The YCGA program is an empowering initiative aimed at equipping youth with the tools, resources, skills, and confidence they need to succeed both in academically and in life. We ensure that every young person in our community has the opportunity to thrive. When our youth succeed, our entire community shines, as they become confident leaders and successful individuals ready to make a positive impact on the world around them.
